Doggy doo bags

Every time we go out to Minto, we are surprised by the amount of filled doggy doo bags just left by the trees, bushes, edge of the field. I mean really, when these people changed diapers, did they just leave the used diapers laying right where they changed them? We need to remind these people to pick up their bags.
